Stakeholders - Professor, students, teacher's assistants, secretary, and
other professors
Rationale - Manage time, convienence for students and professor, and
centralized information
Assumptions - All stakeholders have internet access and PIM is kept
up-to-date

By February 5th
  • Think about interview questions
  • Think about root concept
  • Think about team name

By February 12th
  • Each person will interview someone
Brad - Business owner
Lane - Professor
Melinda - Secretary
Brian - Student
Buddy - Boss
  • Each person will write a scenario and we will write the sixth scenario
together (I guess on the 12th)

This will leave us with about 9 days or so to finish tightening up any loose
ends and getting the write-up together.
