![]() CALENDAR | BIOLOGY DQs | CHEMISTRY DQs | TEAM 401Daily Quizes for 2007-2008At any point you may turn in a Daily Quiz up until the day before we test on that material. All DQs are to be summitted on a cleanly cut 1/2 sheet of white loose-leaf paper. All responses are to be expressed in complete sentence form such that it could be used as a study tool. Mr. Collver reserves the right to return, ungraded, any DQ that fails to meet these basic requirements.
Sample question:
Complete response: "An atom is the smallest unit of an element that retains the propeties of that element." Incomplete responses: "smallest unit of matter" "an atomic partical" "Atom was the first male human on Earth" "An atom is the smallest unit of an element." Gradded DQs are not passed back in class to save time, but can be retrieved from Mr. Collver in the "Little Science Office" at any time.The maximum value of a DQ is 5 pts. They are graded subjectively based on the quality and clarity of your response. |
