VOCABULARY LIST 3




Character - a letter, number, punctuation mark, symbol or space that has been entered.

Backspace key - removes the character that is located BEHIND (to the left of) the cursor.

Space bar - moves the cursor forward one space at a time.

Insert key - a key that allows you to type over characters or insert characters, depending on whether it's turned on or off.

Delete key - removes the character that is located in FRONT (or to the right) of the cursor.
