This site was created using online tools based on the VT Center for HCI's BRIDGE (Basic Resources for Integrated Distributed Group Environments) and CORK (Content Object Replication Kit) toolkits. CORK provides a mechanism for securely and efficiently replicating Java objects across distributed clients, with a persistent copy stored on a central server. BRIDGE provides a mechanism for mapping web and Java user interfaces implementations to content objects replicated with CORK. This allows generic container interfaces and other services to be implemented that can then be used to manipulate collections of shared data objects.

Here's a link for testing the BRIDGE client under JDK1.4.x.
