Welcome to Diane Naff's web pages. Mrs. Naff is the gifted coordinator for Belview, Gilbert Linkous, and Price's Fork Elementary schools in Blacksburg VA. She works with K-5 students, teachers, and administrators in and out of the classroom.

Mrs. Naff has taught first, second and third grades. She has worked in gifted education for the past seven years.


The MCPS Elementary Gifted Resource Book Collection is housed at Gilbert Linkous Elementary School. Members of the gifted staff update the collection and send materials to Montgomery County School elementary teachers.





SWAT:
In 2003, a group of fifth grade students from Gilbert Linkous Elementary School served as computer assistants to students and teachers. The 2002-03 SWAT team presented their project at the Virginia Society of Technology in Education (VSTE) Conference in Roanoke, VA.
