Below are links to examples of using objects and tools for specific kinds of activities or sites. In each case we have provided the steps performed to set up the site. For more general help topics, see the tutorials elsewhere on the site.

Examples:
  • Using a scanned map for navigation. This example shows how a scanned map can be used as an index to jump to other content.
  • Linked diagrams (e.g., concept maps). This is an example of using a simple diagram as navigation tool that appears on all pages in the site.
  • Equations. This shows how to create equations that can be added to web pages or annotated on a shared drawing.
  • Tables and charts. This example shows how to put data in a table and generate charts from it.
  • Chat rooms. This shows how to create a set of simple interactive chat rooms. To eliminate distractions, the chat sessions can be opened without showing the usual bridge Full Client.
  • Web counter. This shows how to add a counter to a page that will tell you how many times the page has been accessed.
  • Calendar. This shows how to create a calendar that can be accessed from the web and embedded in other web pages in different ways.

To-be-written:
  • Template elements
  • Discussions (maybe in site footer?)
  • Tables (once we have additional spreadsheet-ish functionality)
  • Presentations
